Members and Friends of Historic First Lutheran:
For the second time in two weeks, I report the death of a dear, long-time member of Historic First Lutheran.
I received a telephone call last evening informing me that Charles Newhouse died just before 6:00 p.m. Charles was just shy of his 100th birthday (in December). He and his wife Clara celebrated their 75th Wedding Anniversary this past June. Charles has been a member of Historic First Lutheran since 1958.
Funeral plans are pending at this time. Please check back for further details.
Please keep Clara and her three children, Richard, Robert and Jeanne (Shirley) and their families in your prayers during this time of grief and loss.
