Sunday 12 July – Thank God by name for the person who led you to saving faith in Jesus Christ!
Monday 13 July – Pray for friends celebrating birthdays this week: Rita Villaseñor (15).
Tuesday 14 July – Pray for our sister Pasadena churches – Mount Olive Lutheran Church (Pastor Donofrio) and Faith Lutheran Church (Pastor Rieck) – that they would each earnestly reach out in mission and ministry to people around them.
Wednesday 15 July – Pray for Pastor David Hill of First Lutheran Church in Temple City who was recently elected to serve as our Circuit Counselor. This is not an easy position and Pastor Hill is worthy of our prayers on his behalf.
Thursday 16 July – Pray for our Bishop, Dr. Larry Stoterau, as he was just re-elected to his fourth term as District President. Pray that Jesus lessen the heavy burden he carries, shepherding 300+ congregations.
Friday 17 July – Look over the substantial prayer list included on page 16 of this bulletin and include all those requests in your personal prayers today.
Saturday 18 July – Thank God for the ministries of Pastor Gómez and Pastor Schaar in our midst. Ask the Lord Jesus to guide them as they prepare to lead us in worship tomorrow.
