Historic First Lutheran Church, 808 N. Los Robles, will welcome The Reverend Dr. Loren T. Kramer this Sunday at 10:00 a.m. For fifteen years, Dr. Kramer served as Bishop of The Pacific Southwest District of The Lutheran Church -- Missouri Synod. His ancestors were among those emigrants from Germany who settled in Perry County, Missouri and founded The Lutheran Church -- Missouri Synod.
